Why we work this way
Most small businesses meet their accountant once a year, after the books are closed and every decision that mattered has already been made. The return gets filed accurately, the owner writes a check, and nobody asks whether it had to be that large.
We started NCB because that sequence is backwards. The moments that change an owner's tax bill — choosing an entity, setting a salary, funding a plan, timing a purchase — all happen during the year, in conversations that never get scheduled. So we schedule them.
That means being in the books monthly rather than annually, running projections in the fall rather than the spring, and treating the return as the last step of a plan instead of the whole engagement.
We're a virtual-first practice, which keeps our overhead low and our availability high. Clients meet with us by video, send documents securely, and get their questions answered without waiting for an office visit.

I'm Danielle, founder of Number Crunch Bunch, a faith-driven accounting and advisory firm committed to helping business owners build financially healthy businesses through strategic guidance, integrity, and wise stewardship.
I believe lasting financial success is built on wise stewardship. My mission is to help business owners gain clarity, confidence, and peace of mind by providing proactive tax strategy, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial guidance rooted in integrity, excellence, and service.
I don't believe accounting should simply be about filing tax returns or balancing the books. I believe it should empower business owners to make informed decisions, legally reduce their tax burden, improve profitability, strengthen cash flow, and build businesses that create lasting impact.
At Number Crunch Bunch, we go beyond compliance. We partner with our clients to provide strategic tax planning, bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and business advisory services designed to help them grow with confidence.
My approach is built on timeless values — integrity, stewardship, accountability, and genuine relationships. Whether you're launching a new business or leading an established company, my goal is to become a trusted advisor who helps you make wise financial decisions and build a stronger future.
When I'm not serving clients, I'm first and foremost a mom who loves spending quality time with my family. You'll often find us exploring the outdoors, enjoying nature, camping, hiking, or simply making memories together. I also enjoy continuing my education, studying leadership and financial strategy, and finding new ways to better serve my clients. I believe the best advisors never stop learning and growing.
